Our Staff and Their Areas of Specialty
Kristi Balge MA, LPC
Kristi specializes in working with young children, teens and families. She provides psychological
testing and treatment for depression, anxiety, and other behavioral and emotional issues affecting
children and their families. She welcomes the opportunity to do Christian - based counseling when
requested.
Sally Bardin MA, LPC
Sally is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Sally provides couples with premarital counseling
and works with depressioin, self esteem and assertiveness issues. Sally also provides volunteer services
at Agape HouseGroup Home. She is a Christian Counselor with a special emphasis in working with
teenage girls.
Joy Clikeman MS, LMFT
Joy is a Licensed Marital Family Therapist. Joy's clinical areas of interest include families and
adolescent adjustment issues, behavior/ emotional problems, working with couples, stress management,
self-esteem, sexual orientation and issues of grief and loss.
Bonnie Connolly MA, LPC
Bonnie is a licensed Professional Counselor who works primarily with teen and adult clients.
Bonnie is certified in EMDR and other trauma-based interventions. Her clientelle includes individuals
with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, eating disorders and individuals who self-injure. Bonnie also
sees numerous couples in marital/relationship counseling.
Tom Crawford MA, CSAC
Tom is certified in Alcohol and Drug Abuse counseling. He also provides therapy for mental health
issues as well. Tom is well known for the positive outcomes in his work with the more defiant, oppositional
teenagers and their families. Other areas of expertise include providing therapy for individuals, diagnosis
with ADHD, marital therapy, treating depression, anxiety disorders and dealing with life
adjustment issues.
Vikee Loudon PhD
Vikee is the school psychologist for Delavan - Darien Shool District. Vikee specializes in working with
children, teens, families, ADHD, depression, women's issues, grief, and marital issues.
Mark Rossing MD, Psychiatrist
Dr. Mark Rossing received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has been in
private practice since 1995 and is also on the medical staff at Rogers Memorial Hospital. He
provides Psychiatric Assessments and Medication Management for adults and adolescents. Dr. Rossing has
expressed an interest in treating clients wishing to receivea spiritual based emphasis in their
psychiatric services.
Susan Sebastian MS, LPC, CSAC, IndCS
Sue is a Licensed Professional Couselor, a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and an Independent
Clinical Supervisor. Sue has worked in the field of Behavioral Health for over twenty-two years. Her areas
of interest include working with substance abusers and families, individuals with mood disorder or anxiety
disorders, weight management issues and those dealing with adjusting to temporary life stressors.
Melvin SooHoo MD
Dr. SooHoo has provided psychiatric services for clients at Credence Therapy Associates since 1992. He
sees both adults and adolescents. He provides Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management for a
broad spectrum of mental health issues.
Kim Steen MSW, LCSW
Kim is the owner and director at Credence Therapy Associates. She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker
and a member of the American Associates of Christian Counselors. Her areas of specialization include
working with teenage girls and their families. Of particular interest are girls with eating disorders,
those who self-injure, sexual abuse survivors and children from alcoholic family systems. Kim also
sees many individuals in couples and marital therapy.
Barbara Temple MA, LPC
Barbara is a Licensed Professional Couselor. Barbara's areas of specialization include
couples and marital counseling including blended family issues. Barbara's other specialties include
depression, anxiety, sexual abuse recovery, grief and trauma counseling.
